Props Required

  • 2 - 4 Sticky mats

  • 2 Backless yoga chairs

  • 2 - 4 Bolsters

  • 4 Bricks minimum or 6 - 8. Ideal material cork and 2 wooden bricks.

  • 4 Regular length belts (6"‘) or 2 long belts (12’)

  • 4 blankets, minimum

  • Access to wall space. Test for adequate space by going into Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose), with back against the wall.

  • 2 small mat pieces or 2 easily foldable sticky mats (in addition to above).

  • For Pranayama sessions: Eye wrap / bandage (in addition to the above props).

Optional, yet helpful props:

  • Slant board

  • Quarter round

  • Foam pads
