2 - 4 Sticky mats
2 Backless yoga chairs
2 - 4 Bolsters
4 Bricks minimum or 6 - 8. Ideal material cork and 2 wooden bricks.
4 Regular length belts (6"‘) or 2 long belts (12’)
4 blankets, minimum
Access to wall space. Test for adequate space by going into Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose), with back against the wall.
2 small mat pieces or 2 easily foldable sticky mats (in addition to above).
For Pranayama sessions: Eye wrap / bandage (in addition to the above props).
