“Pranayama Basics” is a series of classes intended to support the beginner, as well as the student that has an established Pranayama practice. What is common to both sets of students is the recognition that a firm foundation in the basics is essential in one’s practice. David Meloni will focus on how to:

✨ 1) Use props to understand and support varying physical and mental affects.

✨ 2) Create stability and space through actions and attention.

✨ 3) Cultivate the art of observation to witness the nuanced and profound aspects of Pranayama.

RECORDINGS: Available for 2 weeks.

Drop - ins, 10 - week, and 20 - week pass packages available.
